DEC Disapproves Feasibility Study for NuHart State Superfund Site 2

The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation has disapproved of the Feasibility Study for the NuHart State Superfund Site.  The January 2016 Feasibility Study, prepared by an engineering consultant hired by the NuHart property owners Dupont Street Developers, insufficiently addressed items relating to the remediation plan for the contaminated site.
