YEAH! It’s July and that means that one of our beloved local greenmarkets is finally underway. The South Williamsburg Greenmarket reopens for the 2011 harvest season today, Thursday July 7th, and will be rocking out the local vegetables and fruits every Thursday through November. Want to support local agriculture in North Brooklyn? Grab a slice of tiramisu from the bake sale at the first ever Gay Ole Opry tonight at Public Assembly.
