Williamsburg Walks

Williamsburg Walks is an event that transforms Bedford Avenue into a car-free zone, encouraging participants to reconsider how they use public spaces and providing an opportunity to celebrate the neighborhood. The event is organized by Neighbors Allied for Good Growth and The L Magazine, with support from Project for Public Spaces and the New York City Department of Transportation’s Weekend Walks Program.

The 2010 edition will take place on Saturday, June 26, and Sunday, June 27. This new format reflects feedback from community groups and our commitment to creating an inclusive and sustainable event for the future. This year, the event will offer a space where you can relax, shop, and reflect.
